The Craft Market Network
About us – Sam & Chris began The Craft Market Network as a way of giving back to the community of small businesses in our local area. For several years, we attended craft fairs, fun days and other events orientated at traders selling their wares. Some of these markets were poorly attended and advertised, so we decided to start creating our own. We approached local venues and discussed our ideas, which were quickly approved for a trial. Since that day, our markets have over tripled in size and gone from strength to strength. The Craft Market has some exciting new venues to expand our options even further going into 2021.
The Craft Market Network craft events has been a great success story for us, and we will continue to make them better at every chance we get. But we also wanted to expand into online sales. Giving our stallholders the very best chance of selling their items on all platforms.
The Craft Market Network provides both a physical and online platform for stallholders and sellers to showcase their wares to the public. Alongside this, we run a successful advertising campaign. Our events have been broadcast on a local radio, as well as a written piece on appearing in ‘The Fens’ magazine. We also make full use of social media to target appropriate target audiences for all our events.
With our combined experience and a Certificate of Higher Education in Events Management, we learn new skills all the time. The Craft Markets goal is to create the very best platforms for all our creative professionals.
